Acting on behalf of Ropemaker Properties (part of BP's Pension Fund), Jones Norris Adams have agreed two lease renewals at the Stansted Distribution Centre.
Both rents have increased significantly, one by 47%.
Such strong rental growth has been driven in part by a dearth of good quality industrial properties and storage land in close proximity to Stansted Airport.
Acting on behalf of Garon Estates Limited, Jones Norris Adams advised upon the sale of a portfolio of ground rents.
The portfolio was acquired for Garon Estates by JNA from 2008, and since this time, we have implemented several asset management strategies to enhance value.
The properties included The White House in St Neots, 36 Warwick Place in Leamington Spa and 286 Ladbroke Grove in London.
Acting on behalf of tenants, Bindmans Solicitors, Jones Norris Adams have agreed the rent review of their offices at 236 Grays Inn Road.
The agreement reflects a rent which was 25% lower than the landlord have oriignally quoted.
