Business Rates

Jones Norris Adams provide specialist advice to ensure rates are minimised.

As part of our service, we:

  • Complete the mandatory questionnaires requested by the Valuation Office on your behalf.
  • Provide a rate liability forecast
  • Assess whether the Rateable Value is in line with our expectations
  • Lodge Appeals within the statutory framework
  • Negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency and where necessary, represent you at Tribunal hearings.
  • Provide financial analysis highlighting how any change to the Rateable Value will affect you and detail the impact of any transitional relief.
  • Investigate if there is any rate relief that you can benefit from
