Tom Emlyn Jones BSc MRICS

Tom started his career in property at Gerald Eve working for clients including Marks & Spencer, WH Smith, C&A, C&J Clark and Paul Raymond’s Soho Estates.

He then enjoyed a dozen years in the corporate world with Lloyds TSB and Bradford & Bingley Group holding a variety of roles including Director of Rating, Regional Director and Operations Director.

Ian Norris BSc (hons) MRICS

After six years with CB Richard Ellis, Ian joined F&C Property Asset Management where he was responsible for the financial performance of major assets on behalf of Friends Provident, Royal & Sun Alliance and Resolution.

John Adams BSc (hons) MRICS

Prior to setting up JonesNorrisAdams, John was a sole practitioner specialising in professional work for retail properties in Central London and the South of England. He has carried out professional work for Arcadia, Starbucks, Bradford & Bingley, Burger King, Countrywide plc and Tragus Holdings (Café Rouge), together with numerous private landlords and property companies.
