Jones Norris Adams have recently advised a private Landlord client in connection with their rent review at 180 Kensington Church Street, London, W8.
The building comprises a mid-terrace retail unit arranged over lower ground and ground floors.
JNA originally let the unit to Sublime Hair Extensions in December 2020, and were pleased to secure a healthy rent increase at review.
