Acting on behalf of a Jersey based Fund, Jones Norris Adams undertook a rent review in respect of the Co-Op unit at Limes Park, Basingstoke.

The Property comprises approximately 7,650 sf and is let to Co-Op until 2028

We were delighted to secure another healthy increase to the passing rent.
