Acting on behalf of a private investor, JNA has just completed the lease renewal of a retail warehouse occupied by Topps Tiles in Grantham.

The 4,400 sf premises enjoy a prominent position on the London Road opposite Sainsburys.

A new 10-year lease has been entered into.
