JNA boxes in Swindon warehouse
On behalf of Boxes and Packaging, JNA recently concluded the rent review in respect of their unit at Westmead Drive, Swindon.
Against a background of rising rents for warehouse accommodation in Swindon, JNA were able to reach a negotiated settlement with the private Landlord.
The unit comprises 55,000 sq ft and was refurbished prior to Boxes and Packaging taking occupation in 2015.
