JNA client Dominique Ansel, the patissier supreme and the creator of the “Cronut”, were charged rates on their Belgravia outlet as if the Property were a restaurant.

We attended Valuation Tribunal on their behalf to successfully correct this mis-description.

In the process, we saved the cake maker loads of dough.
