Record rent set at Stansted
Acting on behalf of Landlord Ropemaker Properties, JNA has recently completed a new lease at Stansted Distribution Centre.
Terms were agreed with Aspock UK Limited for a new 10-year lease at a record rent for the Estate.
Ropemaker is the property arm of BP’s pension fund.
